基于快速康复理念的护理干预模式用于手外伤患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究手外伤患者接受快速康复理念护理干预的效果。方法随机选取2022年6月—2023年6月聊城市人民医院收治的80例因手外伤就诊的患者为研究对象。根据不同护理模式分成对照组、观察组,每组40例。对照组应用常规护理干预,观察组应用快速康复理念护理干预。比较两组患者护理依从性、生活质量和护理满意度。结果观察组护理总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的72.50%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.541,P<0.05)。结论对手外伤患者给予以快速康复理念的护理干预,有利于提高患者依从性,促进生活质量的提高,具有更高的护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with hand trauma.Methods 80 patients with hand trauma treated in Liaocheng People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group by different nursing mode.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with rapid rehabilitation.The nursing compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total Nursing satisfaction in observation group 92.50%)(37/40)was significantly higher than that in control group 72.50%(29/40),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.541,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention with the concept of rapid rehabilitation can improve patients'compliance,promote the improvement of quality of life,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
