定痛汤联合中药烫熨治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨定痛汤联合中药烫熨治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法随机选取2022年1月—2024年1月泉州市中医院收治的100例慢性盆腔炎患者(气滞血瘀型)为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用定痛汤治疗,观察组采用定痛汤联合中药烫熨。比较两组患者体征症状、中医证候积分、血液流变学指标、治疗疗效、不良反应、复发率。结果治疗后,观察组症状体征缓解情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者中医证候评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的84.00%(42/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组复发率为4.08%(2/49),低于对照组的21.43%(9/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定痛汤联合中药烫熨治疗慢性盆腔炎效果理想,可有效缓解患者症状体征,促进血流变指标改善,并且具有较低的复发率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dingtong decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)admitted to Quanzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dingtong decoction,and the observation group was treated with Dingtong decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing.The signs and symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,hemorheology indexes,treatment efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between patients in two groups.Results After treatment,the remission of symptoms and signs in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between patients in two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 84.00%(42/50)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between patients in two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 4.08%(2/49),which was lower than 21.43%(9/42)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dingtong decoction combined with traditional Chi nese medicine ironing is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.It can effectively allevia
