摘　　要：目的分析在糖尿病肾病患者血液透析中实施“以血糖值为基础科学进食计划”对其血糖波动的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2023年6月盐城市第一人民医院收治的60例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者为研究对象,按照护理方法不同观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予“以血糖值为基础科学进食计划”,对比两组血糖波动情况及低/高血糖发生率。结果透析开始前、透析后第1小时、第2小时、第3小时、透析结束各时间点两组血糖水平均有所下降,但差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。两组高血糖发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的低血糖发生率为6.67%(2/30),低于对照组的43.33%(13/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.273,P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病肾病患者血液透析中施以“以血糖值为基础科学进食计划”,可进一步调控其血糖波动情况,可行性良好。Objective To analyze the effect of scientific feeding plan based on blood glucose value on blood glucose fluctuation in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 60 hemodialysis patients with dia⁃betic nephropathy admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given'scien⁃tific feeding plan based on blood glucose value on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose fluctuation and the incidence of low/high blood glucose were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose levels of the two groups decreased before hemodialysis,1 h,2 h,3 h after hemodialysis,and at the end of hemodialysis,but the dif⁃ferences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of hypergly⁃cemia between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 6.67%(2/30),which was lower than 43.33%(13/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.273,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scientific feeding plan based on blood glucose value in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy can further regulate the fluctuation of blood glucose,and the feasibility is good.
