摘　　要：目的研究胰岛素注射护理干预改善2型糖尿病患者的自我效能的效果。方法选择2020年1月—2023年1月枣庄市峄城区人民医院神经内科收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照护理方法不同分为两组,每组40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施胰岛素注射护理干预,比较两组生活质量(精神健康、社会功能、一般健康、生理职能、精力、躯体功能、情感功能、生理功能)、自我效能感(规律运动、药物治疗、饮食控制、血糖监测、足部护理)以及血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)。结果护理后,观察组患者生活质量、自我效能感评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者通过胰岛素注射护理干预,可提升其自我效能,应用价值高。Objectives To study the effect of insulin injection nursing intervention on improving self-efficacy of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Neurology,Yicheng District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given insulin injection nursing intervention.The quality of life(mental health,social function,general health,physiological function,energy,physical function,emotional function,physiological function),self-efficacy(regular exercise,drug treatment,diet control,blood glucose monitoring,foot care)and blood glucose level(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glyco⁃sylated hemoglobin)were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the quality of life and self-efficacy scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Insulin injection nursing intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes can improve their self-efficacy and has high application value.
