老年糖尿病足围手术期护理使用细节护理的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的细节护理在老年糖尿病足患者围手术期的成效分析。方法回顾性选取2020年1月—2023年10月济南市市中区人民医院收治的60例老年糖尿病足患者的临床资料,根据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行细节护理,对比两组老年糖尿病足患者的不良事件发生率、护理满意度、情绪状况(焦虑、抑郁评分)。结果与对照组相比,观察组不良事件发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论细节护理在老年糖尿病足患者围手术期的价值高,对调节不良情绪、降低不良事件发生率均有较好的效果。Objective To evaluate the perioperative effect of detailed nursing in elderly patients with diabetic feet.Methods The clinical data of 60 elderly patients with diabetic foot admitted to Shizhong District People's Hospital of Jinan from January 2020 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the same nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received detailed nursing.The incidence of adverse event,nursing satisfaction and emotional status(anxiety and depression scores)of the two groups of elderly patients with diabetic feet were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the adverse event rate of the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the con⁃trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The value of detailed nursing in the perioperative period of elderly patients with diabetic foot is high,which has a good effect on regulating bad mood and reducing incidence of adverse events.
