持续质量改进管理在腔镜器械清洗消毒质量控制中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究腔镜器械清洗消毒质量控制中应用持续质量改进管理的效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年5月期间商丘市第一人民医院消毒供应中心的120件腔镜器械,将2022年6月至2022年12月期间采取常规管理方式的60件腔镜器械作为对照组,将2023年1月至2023年5月采用持续质量改进管理的60件腔镜器械作为观察组,比较两组清洗和消毒合格率、机械清洗消毒操作考核评分、管理质量、耗损情况以及医护人员的满意度。结果观察组清洗和消毒合格率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组机械清洗消毒操作考核评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组管理质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组耗损情况低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医护人员满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔镜器械清洗消毒质量控制应用持续质量改进管理能够显著提高清洗和消毒合格率,提升机械清洗消毒操作水平,优化管理质量,降低耗损情况,并提高医护人员的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of applying continuous quality improvement management in the quality control of endoscopic instrument cleaning and disinfection.Methods From June 2022 to May 2023,120 endoscopic instruments from the Disinfection Supply Center of Shangqiu First People’s Hospital were selected.Sixty endoscopic instruments managed with conventional methods from June 2022 to December 2022 were used as the control group,and sixty endoscopic instruments managed with continuous quality improvement from January 2023 to May 2023 were used as the observation group.The cleaning and disinfection pass rates,mechanical cleaning and disinfection operation assessment scores,management quality,damage rates,and satisfaction of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results The cleaning and disinfection pass rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The mechanical cleaning and disinfection operation assessment scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The management quality scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The damage rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement management in the quality control of endoscopic instrument cleaning and disinfection can significantly improve the cleaning and disinfection pass rates,enhance mechanical cleaning and disinfection operation levels,optimize management quality,reduce damage rates,and increase the satisfaction of medical staff.
