摘 要:目的 探索创新药品效期管理模式,并对该模式在药品效期养护中的应用进行评价。方法 通过开发药品效期管理软件,效期盘点定人定位,采用信息化与人工相结合的模式进行药品效期管理,收集2020年7月至2021年12月医院信息系统记录的过期药品报损率、效期盘点记录的近效药品数以及药师工作效率和满意度,对该效期管理模式进行评估。结果 基于药品效期管理软件的药品养护模式下,药品效期导致的药品报损减少,排查出的近效药品数逐月降低,药师工作时间缩短,满意度提高至100%。结论 基于药品效期管理软件的药品养护模式,可以有效降低传统人工效期记录模式中存在的漏查事件,减少药品不良事件发生,节约医疗资源,保障临床药品质量,提高药师工作效率和满意度,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore innovative drug expiration date management modes and evaluate their application in drug expiration date maintenance.Methods By developing a drug expiration date management software,identifying individuals for expiration date inventory,and adopting a combination of information technology and manual methods for drug expiration date management,the reported loss rate of expired drugs recorded by the hospital information system from July 2020 to December 2021,the number of near-expiration drugs recorded in expiration date inventory records,and the efficiency and satisfaction of pharmacists were collected as indicators to evaluate this expiration date management mode.Results Under the drug maintenance mode based on drug expiration date management software,the reported loss of drugs caused by drug expiry was reduced,the number of near-expiration drugs detected was reduced month by month,the working hours of pharmacists were shortened,and the satisfaction was improved to 100%.Conclusion The drug maintenance model based on drug expiration date management software can effectively reduce missed detection events in traditional manual expiration date recording mode,reduce the occurrence of adverse drug events,save medical resources,ensure clinical drug quality,improve pharmacist work efficiency and satisfaction,and has clinical application value.
