摘　　要：目的 调查分析南通市ABO和恒河猴(Rh)血型的分布特征,探讨区域划分及人口迁移对血型分布的影响。方法 收集南通市1998年1月至2022年12月482 981名献血者数据,以南通市语言地理学特征分为如海片、崇通片和启海片3个地域,统计分析不同区域内ABO及Rh血型分布特征。结果 南通市ABO血型分布特征为O>A>B>AB,Rh阴性占比为0.45%。南通市ABO血型分布有明显的地域差异(χ^(2)=507.953,P<0.001),如海片为A>O>B>AB,崇通片和启海片为O>A>B>AB。结论 南通市ABO血型总体分布特征为O>A>B>AB,血型分布存在地域差异,如海片血型分布为A>O>B>AB,有其特殊性。人口迁移是影响血型分布的重要因素。Objective To investigate and analyze the distribution characteristics of ABO and Rhesus(Rh)blood types in Nantong City,and explore the impact of regional division and population migration on blood type distribution.Methods The data on 482981 blood donors in Nantong City from January 1998 to December 2022 were collected.Based on the linguistic geography characteristics of Nantong City,they were divided into three regions:Ruhai,Chongtong,and Qihai.The distribution characteristics of ABO and Rh blood types in different regions were statistically analyzed.Results The distribution characteristics of ABO blood types in Nantong City were O>A>B>AB,with Rh negative accounting for 0.45%.There were significant regional differences in the distribution of ABO blood types in Nantong City(χ^(2)=507.953,P<0.001),which in the Ruhai region were A>O>B>AB,while in Chongtong region and Qihai region were O>A>B>AB.Conclusion The overall distribution characteristics of ABO blood types in Nantong City are O>A>B>AB,and there are regional differences in blood type distribution.The distribution of blood types in the Ruhai region is A>O>B>AB,which has its particularity.Population migration is an important factor impacting blood typ e distribution.
