摘　　要：本文聚焦新时代背景下,探讨新时代背景下医院共青团工作的现状、存在的问题及创新模式。研究首先基于对某大型公立医院青年职工思想动态进行深入分析,以实际调研数据为依据,描述了公立医院青年职工思想特征。在此基础上结合该院青年工作的实践案例,紧密围绕“三力一度”的总体要求,创新性地提出了公立医院“青年工作创新模式”。该模式聚焦青年政治引领、科技创新、社会服务、组织管理等关键领域,旨在通过实践探索,形成并验证具有特色的工作模式及其成效。研究结果表明,该模式在提升青年工作质量和效率、增强青年职工的组织归属感和使命感方面取得了显著成效。本研究不仅为医院青年工作的改革与创新发展提供了理论依据,也为实践探索提供了有益参考。Focusing on the new era background,this paper discusses the current situation,existing problems and innovative modes of the Communist Youth League work in hospitals under the new era background.Firstly,based on the in-depth analysis of the ideological trends of young employees in a large public hospital,the study described the ideological characteristics of young employees in public hospitals based on the actual survey data.On this basis,combined with practical cases of youth work in the hospital,and closely focusing on the overall requirements of"three forces and one degree",a new model of youth work in public hospitals has been innovatively proposed.This model focuses on key areas such as youth political leadership,technological innovation,social services,and organizational management,aiming to form and verify a distinctive work model and its effectiveness through practical exploration.The research results indicate that this model has achieved significant results in improving the quality and efficiency of youth work,enhancing the sense of organizational belonging and mission of young employees.This study not only provides a theoretical basis for the reform and innovative development of youth work in hospitals,but also pro vides useful references for practical exploration.
