新生儿颅骨凹陷性骨折1例

摘　　要：新生儿颅骨凹陷性骨折是一种十分少见的疾病,发病率为1/10 000,其发生原因与产伤及一些宫内因素有关。当患儿颅骨凹陷程度较深或出现神经系统异常时,手术复位为首选;当凹陷程度较轻时,可采用非手术治疗,包括真空吸引器、吸乳器复位以及保守观察。本文报道了1例经产钳助娩的新生儿颅骨凹陷性骨折,经保守治疗5个月后患儿颅骨凹陷基本恢复。同时通过回顾相关文献,进一步分析新生儿颅骨凹陷性骨折的不同治疗方法,为临床医生提供参考依据。Depressed skull fracture in the neonate is a very rare disease,the incidence is 1/10000,and its causes are related to birth injury and some intrauterine factors.Surgical reduction is the first choice when the skull depression in the pediatric patient is relatively deep or the nervous system is abnormal.When the degree of depression is relatively mild,some non-surgical treatments can be used,including vacuum suction or breast pump reduction and conservative observation.A case of neonatal skull depression fracture assisted by forceps is reported in this paper.After conservative observation for 5 months,the skull depression of the pediatric patient basically recovered.At the same time,by reviewing relevant literature,the different treatment methods of depressed skull fracture in neonates are further analyzed,so as to provide reference basis for clinicians.
