摘　　要：我国是植物油脂生产和消费大国,在油料加工中会产生大量植物油脱臭馏出物、油脚和皂脚等副产物。植物油加工副产物富含植物甾醇、天然维生素E和角鲨烯等活性物质,具有调节胆固醇代谢、抑菌、抗炎、抗氧化等生物学功能以及促进动物生长和提高畜产品品质等有益功效。因此,从植物油加工副产物中提取天然活性物质并进行饲料资源化研究与应用,有助于破解当前饲料开发和养殖产业面临的现实难题。本文围绕植物甾醇、天然维生素E和角鲨烯等植物油活性物质在畜禽生产中的最新研究报道,对其应用效果与作用机制进行分析,以期为动物健康养殖提供理论依据和实践指导。China is a major producer and consumer of vegetable oils,and the processing of oilseeds gen⁃erates a large amount of by-products such as vegetable oil deodorizer distillate,soapstock,and acid oil.These by-products are rich in active substances like phytosterols,natural vitamin E,and squalene,which have biological functions such as regulating cholesterol metabolism,antibacterial,antiinflammatory,and antioxidant properties,as well as promoting animal growth and improving the quality of animal products.Therefore,extracting natural active substances from vegetable oil processing byproducts and conducting research and application on their utilization as feed resources can help address many challenges currently faced by the feed development and livestock industry.This paper focuses on the latest research reports on phytosterols,natural vitamin E,and squalene in vegetable oils used in livestock and poultry production,analyzing their application effects and mechanisms of action,with the aim of providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for healthy animal farming.
