摘 要:为探索9YFLD-2.2型大方草捆压捆机喂入机构的运动规律,通过分析喂入机构的作业过程,获得了大、小喂入拨叉的运动简图,建立了大、小喂入拨叉动力学方程。借助动力学分析软件ADAMS分别对大、小喂入拨叉进行动态仿真分析,得到了喂入拨叉端点的运动轨迹及速度曲线,揭示了喂入机构的运动规律。动态仿真结果表明,9YFLD-2.2型大方草捆压捆机喂入机构设计合理,能满足大方草捆压捆机牧草喂入需求。In order to explore the movement law of the feeding mechanism of 9YFLD-2.2 large square baler,through the analysis of the working process of feeding mechanism,the motion diagram of the large and small feeding fork were obtained,and the kinetic equation of two feeding forks have been estab⁃lished.The calculation of dynamic simulation for the two feeding forks were conducted with ADAMS,and the motion trajectory and velocity curve of the end point of the feeding forks have been obtained,which revealed the movement law of feeding mechanism.Dynamic simulation results show that the structure de⁃sign for the feeding mechanism of 9YFLD-2.2 large square baler is reasonable,which can meet the feed⁃ing requirements of large square baler.
