摘 要:试验旨在分析复合酶制剂对肉牛生长性能、屠宰性能、养分表观消化率和胴体品质的影响。选择西藏自治区某规模化牦牛养殖场的120头牦牛作为试验对象,随机分为4组,分别为对照组、100 g/t复合酶试验组、200 g/t复合酶试验组、300 g/t复合酶试验组,统计分析复合酶制剂对肉牛各项指标的影响差异显著性。结果表明,饲粮中添加复合酶制剂的试验组肉牛平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组肉牛的屠宰率、背膘厚与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);试验组肉牛的粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组肉牛的眼肌面积显著高于对照组(P<0.05);200 g/t复合酶试验组、300 g/t复合酶试验组肉牛的胴体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),熟肉率、剪切力显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。说明在基础日粮中添加200 g/t复合酶制剂能够显著提高肉牛的生长性能、屠宰性能、养分表观消化率和胴体品质。The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of composite enzyme preparations on the growth performance,slaughter performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and ketone body quality of beef cattle.A total of 120 yaks from a large-scale yak farm in Xizang Autonomous Region were selected as test subjects,and were randomly divided into four groups:control group,100 g/t compound enzyme preparation group,200 g/t compound enzyme preparation group,and 300 g/t compound enzyme prepara⁃tion group.Statistical analysis was made on the significant difference of the effects of compound enzyme preparation on various indicators of beef cattle.The average daily weight gain of the experimental group with the addition of complex enzyme preparations in the feed was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the slaughter rate and backfat thickness of beef cattle in the experimental group showed signifi⁃cant differences compared to the control group(P<0.05);the apparent digestibility of crude protein and neutral detergent fiber in the experimental group of beef cattle was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the ketone weight and eye muscle area of the experimental group of beef cattle were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the cooked meat rate and shear force were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The results in⁃duicate that 200 g/t composite enzyme preparation can significantly improve the growth performance,slaughter performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and ketone body quality of beef cattle.
