摘  要:对于反刍动物营养代谢的研究,离不开对瘤胃发酵的研究和探讨。近年来,我国玉米、豆粕价格居高不下,通常又依赖进口,为避免人畜争粮,在节本增效的大环境下,研究人员都在寻求精准营养。饲粮的能量与蛋白质水平是反刍动物维持正常生理需求、保障瘤胃发酵的重点。挥发性脂肪酸是反刍动物瘤胃发酵的主要产物,也是动物体内能量代谢的重要物质,而瘤胃产生的微生物蛋白则为反刍动物提供了主要的蛋白质营养。因此,文章主要从两方面(能氮比、能氮同步释放)综述不同能氮水平对反刍动物瘤胃发酵的影响,以期为配制精准饲粮提供参考。The study of nutrient metabolism of ru⁃minants is inseparable from the study of rumen fermentation.In recent years,the prices of corn and soybean meal are high,and often rely on im⁃ports.In order to avoid human and animal compe⁃tition for food,in the environment of cost saving and efficiency,people are seeking precision nutri⁃tion.Dietary energy and protein levels are impor⁃tant for ruminants to maintain normal physiological requirements and ensure rumen fermentation.Vola⁃tile fatty acids are the main products of rumen fermentation and important substances of energy metabo⁃lism in ruminants,and microbial proteins in rumen provide the main protein nutrition for ruminants.Therefore,the effects of different energy nitrogen levels on rumen fermentation in ruminants were re⁃viewed in this paper from two aspects(energy to nitrogen ratio and simultaneous release of energy to ni⁃trogen),so as to provide reference for formulating precise diets.
