南南合作视域下的不结盟运动与发展中国家体育事业

摘　　要：体育事业对于促进发展中国家内部关系的和谐发展,拓展“南南合作”新领域,提升不结盟运动影响力,构建国际体育和经济新秩序具有重要意义。不结盟运动一直高度关注发展中国家的体育事业,具体的政策主张和实际行动包括:发布《不结盟国家体育运动合作和发展宣言及行动计划》和《不结盟国家体育和体育宣言》,组织体育运动比赛,促进发展中国家间的体育合作;推动国际体育组织的民主化以及反对体育中的种族隔离,为发展中国家在国际体育舞台发声,实现体育的公平、民主发展;举办体育研讨会和训练班,提高发展中国际的体育水平。研究不结盟运动对发展中国家体育事业发展的贡献,对当今发展中国家追求体育平权,建立国际体育和经济新秩序,具有宝贵的借鉴意义。Sports is of great significance for promoting the harmonious development of internal relations in developing countries,expanding the new field of"South-South Cooperation",enhancing the influence of the Non-Aligned Movement,and building a new international sports and economic order.The Non-Aligned Movement has always paid close attention to the sports cause of developing countries,and made specific policy propositions and practical actions.The"Declaration and Action Plan on Sports Cooperation and Development of Non-Aligned Countries"and"Declaration on Sports and Sports in Non-Aligned Countries"were issued;and sports competitions were organized to promote sports cooperation among developing countries;efforts were made to democratize international sports organizations and oppose racial discrimination in sports,and to speak up for developing countries in international sports arena and promote fair and democratic development of sports;sports seminars and training courses were held to improve the sports level of developing countries.The contribution of the Non-Aligned Movement to the sports development of developing countries is worth studying,as it provides valuable lessons for developing countries in their pursuit of sports equality and the establishment of a new international sports and economic order.
