摘 要:现阶段针对于聚醚多元醇合成技术,已经开发出多种新型催化剂体系。在传统的碱催化环氧烷烃开环聚合的工艺过程中会引入大量的K^(+),导致精制工段复杂化,在能耗增大的同时,还增加了生产成本。而双金属氰化物(DMC)作为一种新型的催化环氧烷烃开环聚合的催化剂,其高效、环保的特点使之具有替代传统碱催化剂的潜力,因此,DMC成为了当前合成聚醚多元醇所用催化剂的研究热点。基于此,本文详细总结了双金属氰化物催化剂的催化机理及其在聚醚多元醇合成过程中的应用情况、反应条件以及影响因素,并与传统碱催化剂作对比,系统阐明了双金属氰化物催化剂的优势,概述了聚醚多元醇的发展方向及应用领域。At present,many new catalyst systems have been developed for the synthesis of polyether polyols.In the traditional alkali-catalyzed epoxy alkane ring-opening polymerization process,a large amount of K^(+)is introduced,which leads to the complexity of the refining section,and increases the production cost while increasing the energy consumption.Bimetallic cyanide(DMC),as a new catalyst for the rate-opening polymerization of epoxy-alkanes,has the potential to replace traditional base catalysts due to its high efficiency and environmental protection characteristics.Therefore,DMC has become a research focus of catalysts used in the synthesis of polyether polyols.Based on this,this paper summarized in detail the catalytic mechanism of bimetallic cyanide catalyst,its application in the synthesis of polyether polyols,reaction conditions and influencing factors,and compared with traditional base catalysts,systematically expounded the advantages of bimetallic cyanide catalyst,and summarized the development direction and application fields of polyether polyols.
