摘 要:不锈钢酸洗污泥是不锈钢酸洗过程中产生的危固废产物,富含Cr、Ni、F等危险元素,对环境有严重的危害。随着中国不锈钢产量的不断增加,不锈钢酸洗污泥的规模化、资源化处理成为当前亟待解决的行业难题。综述了前人对不锈钢酸洗污泥的研究工作,介绍了不锈钢酸洗污泥的来源和物化性能,总结了不锈钢酸洗污泥在建材利用、金属回收以及冶金辅料的工业研究进展,分析了现有工艺存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方案,为中国不锈钢酸洗污泥无害资源化、产业规模化的实现提供指导意见。Stainless steel pickling sludge is a hazardous solid waste product generated during the stainless steel pickling process,rich in hazardous elements such as Cr,Ni,F,etc.,which poses a serious threat to the environment.With the continuous increase of stainless steel production in China,the large-scale and resource utilization of stainless steel pickling sludge has become an urgent industry problem to be solved.The previous research on stainless steel pickling sludge were summarized,its sources and physicochemical properties were introduced,and industrial progress was outlined in its utilization within building materials,metal recovery,and as a metallurgical auxiliary material.Additionally,the current process issues and proposes solutions were analyzed,offering guidance for the safe and efficient resource utilization and industrial scale-up of stainless steel pickling sludge in China.
