利用酸洗废液浸出分离转炉钢渣中磷的研究

摘  要:转炉钢渣和酸洗废液是钢铁工业产生的2种废弃物。为了实现钢渣在炼钢流程中的再利用和酸洗废液的无害化处理,提出利用酸洗废液选择性浸出分离转炉钢渣中的P,考察了pH值、酸洗废液中Fe^(2+)浓度、固液比对转炉钢渣中各元素浸出行为的影响。研究表明,降低浸出液p H值可显著提高转炉钢渣中P的浸出率,在p H=1.5时,P的浸出率达到95.1%;增加酸洗废液中Fe^(2+)含量对钢渣中P的浸出率无明显影响;提高固液比会导致渣中P的浸出率降低。在各浸出条件下,浸出液中Fe^(3+)含量极低,表明钢渣中的Fe几乎不溶解。浸出后的残渣主要组成(质量分数)为:Fe_(2)O_(3)43.38%、CaO39.49%、MgO5.43%,P_(2)O_(5)质量分数仅为0.27%,可作为冶金熔剂返回炼钢流程再利用。Converter slag and steel pickling waste liquid(SPWL)are two kinds of waste generated in steel plants.To recycle converter slag in steelmaking process and to achieve harmless disposal of SPWL,SPWL was used as a leaching agent to selectively leach phosphorus(P)from converter slag.The effects of pH value,Fe^(2+)concentration in SPWL,and solid-liquid ratio on the dissolution behavior of each element from converter slag were investigated.The results show that the P leaching efficiency increased significantly with decreasing pH.At pH=1.5,the P leaching efficiency reached 95.1%.Increasing Fe^(2+)concentration in SPWL had little influence on the P dissolution efficiency while increasing solid-liquid ratio led to a gradual decrease.Under each leaching condition,the Fe^(3+)concentration in the leachate was very low,indicating that the dissolution of Fe from steelmaking slag was hard.The residue was composed of 43.38 wt.%Fe_(2)O_(3),39.49 wt.%CaO,and 5.43 wt.%MgO,and only contained 0.27 wt.%P_(2)O_(5),which could be used as a flux in steelmaking process.
