变电站综自改造风险分析与管控措施研究

摘　　要：随着运行年限的增长和设备的更新换代,越来越多的变电站需要对综合自动化系统进行升级改造。文章综合分析了变电站综合自动化改造工作过程中存在的风险点,并根据现场工作实际提出了具体的安全管控措施,为变电站综合自动化改造工作顺利实施,确保电网安全稳定运行提供重要参考意义。With the increase of operation time and equipment upgrading,more and more substations need to upgrade the integrated automation system.This paper comprehensively analyzes the risk points existing in the process of integrated automation transformation of a substation,and puts forward specific safety control measures according to the actual situations,which could provide important reference for the smooth implementation of integrated automation transformation of the substation and ensure the safe operation of the power grid.
