摘 要:采用等效焓降理论对某典型660 MW超超临界燃煤火电机组的低温省煤器系统进行经济性分析,结果表明,额定工况下可降低机组供电煤耗1.55 g/(kW·h)。对于引起热力系统局部改变的升级或改造,等效焓降法是一种简单直观且具有较高准确度的分析手段,与热力特性试验相结合,可以快速高效地研究计算各种热力状态下设备的运行特性和节能指标,为机组经济运行和节能降碳提供有效建议。The economic analysis of the low temperature economizer system of a typical 660 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation unit is carried out by using the equivalent enthalpy drop theory.The results show that the coal consumption for unit power supply can be reduced by 1.55 g/(kW·h)under rated conditions.For upgrades or modifications that cause minor changes in the thermal system,the equivalent enthalpy drop theory is a simple,fast and highly accurate method.Combined with thermal characteristic tests,it can quickly and efficiently study and calculate the operating characteristics and energy-saving indicators of equipment under various thermal conditions.And the results provide guidance for economic operation as well as energy saving and carbon reduction of the unit.
