摘  要:针对火电厂水环真空泵运行电流大、时间长、电耗高等问题,对机组的真空系统进行改造。新加一套气冷罗茨水环真空泵组与原有水环式真空泵并联且互为备用,增强了机组运行的安全性,同时降低了厂用电量。改造后机组真空度有明显提升,汽轮机运行经济性提高,达到了节能降耗效果。In response to the issues of high operating current,long duration and high power consumption of water ring vacuum pumps in thermal power plants,transformation was made to the vacuum system of the unit by adding a new set of air-cooled Roots water ring vacuum pump in parallel with the existing water ring vacuum pump as a standby,which enhances the safety of the unit and reduces the power consumption of the plant.After the transformation,the vacuum of the unit has been significantly improved and the economic performance of the steam turbine increased,achieving energy-saving effect.
