摘  要:针对某300 MW机组引风机电机振动超标故障,对电机及引风机进行全面振动测试和分析,明确了引风机电机振动故障的原因,通过在电机风扇和电机与引风机的联轴器上加重,消除了电机振动故障,满足了设备的安全稳定运行需要,同时在两个加重面上加重的影响系数可为同类型转子动平衡试验提供经验。In response to the vibration fault of the induced draft fan motor in a 300 MW unit,a comprehensive vibration test and analysis were conducted on both the motor and the induced draft fan,and the causes were clearly identified.By adding weight to the motor fan and the coupling between the motor and the induced draft fan,the motor vibration fault was eliminated,satisfying the need of safe and stable operation of the equipment.Meanwhile,the influence coefficients obtained from adding weights on two surfaces can provide experience for similar rotor dynamic balance tests.
