摘 要:生物多样性已经引起全球广泛重视。动物授粉是大自然提供的生态系统服务之一,也是生物多样性的重要内容。授粉动物的减少,会导致粮食作物产量的减少,从而引发经济金融等各种风险。国内外就动物授粉服务价值与动物授粉损失对农业产出和经济总量的影响、金融机构面临的由动物授粉损失所导致的风险等进行了定量研究,本文对最新成果进行了梳理,并借鉴相关做法,利用湖南张家界地区金融机构数据对动物授粉损失的信贷风险敞口进行了测算。在此基础上提出了开展昆虫授粉对我国各类重要农作物生物学和生态学效应试验研究、对缓解动物授粉损失的不同措施开展收益成本测算、开展动物授粉损失风险压力测试等建议。Biodiversity has garnered significant global attention.Animal pollination is one of the ecosystem services provided by nature and an essential component of biodiversity.The decline in pollinating animals can lead to reduced crop yields,triggering various risks,including economic and financial ones.Quantitative research has been conducted domestically and internationally on the value of animal pollination services,the impact of animal pollination loss on agricultural output and overall economic performance,and the risks faced by financial institutions due to animal pollination loss.This paper reviews the latest findings and,by drawing on relevant practices,estimates the credit risk exposure from animal pollination loss using financial institution data from the Zhangjiajie region in Hunan,China.Based on this analysis,the paper proposes suggestions for conducting research on the biological and ecological effects of insect pollination on various important crops in China,evaluating the cost-benefit of different measures to mitigate animal pollination loss,and performing stress tests on the risks of animal pollination loss.
