摘  要:为了提高垮落带邻位矸石注浆扩散范围的预测精度,基于渗流力学理论,考虑浆体性质、垮落带空隙结构及渗滤效应影响,构建垮落带邻位注浆渗流模型,分析浆体渗流三维非稳态扩散规律。引入浆体屈服应力随渗流距离变化的函数,推导出浆体扩散范围、堆积高度和注浆量计算公式,并进行数值模拟验证。研究结果表明:注浆渗流呈现低压扩散—纵向贯通—横向扩展的演化规律,其形态由椭圆体、圆柱体向截锥体变化。揭示了邻位注浆扩散机制,垮落带注浆扩散启停受屈服应力控制,当浆体屈服应力小于剪切应力时,浆体开始扩散。垮落带空隙率减小,渗流路径迂曲度增高,渗流阻力增大,浆体扩散距离减小。研究结果可为垮落带邻位矸石高效注浆提供理论参考。In order to improve the prediction accuracy of grouting diffusion range of gangue adjacent to caving zone,based on the theory of seepage mechanics,considering the influence of slurry properties,gap structure of caving zone and seepage effect,a grouting seepage model adjacent to caving zone is constructed,and the three-dimensional unsteady diffusion law of slurry seepage is analyzed.The function of slurry yield stress changing with seepage distance is introduced,and the calculation formulas of slurry diffusion range,stacking height and grouting amount are derived,and verified by numerical simulation.The results show that the grouting seepage presents the evolution law of low pressure diffusion-longitudinal penetration-lateral expansion,and its shape changes from ellipsoid and cylinder to truncated cone.The diffusion mechanism of adjacent grouting is revealed,and the start and stop of grouting diffusion in caving zone are controlled by yield stress.When the yield stress of slurry is less than shear stress,the slurry begins to spread.The porosity of caving zone decreases,the tortuosity of seepage path increases,the seepage resistance increases and the diffusion distance of slurry decreases.The research results can provide theoretical reference for efficient grouting of adjacent gangue in caving zone.
