摘 要:江西某钨尾砂Cu含量为0.10%、WO_(3)含量为0.15%,脉石成分主要为SiO_(2)。为了回收钨尾砂中的微细粒钨矿物,进行了浮选试验。结果表明:试样采用1粗2精1扫闭路浮选流程脱硫、1粗4精1扫闭路浮选流程浮钨,脱硫阶段采用丁基黄药+乙硫氮为捕收剂,浮钨以碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、苯甲羟肟酸为捕收剂,可获得WO_(3)品位16.98%、WO_(3)回收率36.28%的钨精矿,S品位19.33%、Cu品位10.20%、S回收率46.94%、Cu回收率54.43%的含铜硫精矿,再选可有效解决现场微细粒钨矿物的流失问题,研究结果可作为现场工艺改造的依据。The Cu content of tungsten tailings in Jiangxi is 0.10%,the WO3 content is 0.15%,and the gangue composition is mainly SiO_(2).In order to recover micro-fine tungsten minerals in tungsten tailings,flotation tests were carried out.The results show that the sample adopts one roughing,two cleanings and one scavenging closed-circuit flotation process for desulfurization,and one roughing,four cleanings and one scavenging closed-circuit flotation process for tungsten flotation,in the desulfurization stage,butyl xanthate+diethyldithiocarbamate is used as collector,in tungsten flotation stage sodium carbonate is used as regulator,sodium silicate is used as inhibitor,and benzohydroxamic acid is used as collector.Tungsten concentrate with WO_(3) grade of 16.98%and WO_(3) recovery rate of 36.28%,copper-containing sulfur concentrate with S grade of 19.33%,Cu grade of 10.20%,S recovery rate of 46.94%and Cu recovery rate of 54.43%can be obtained.Reselection can effectively solve the problem of loss of micro-fine tungsten minerals in the field.The research results can be used as the basis for on-site process transformation.
