摘 要:目前,传统的整锻转子无法完全满足工业驱动及发电类汽轮机的减振要求,而焊接转子因其结构紧凑、质量小、刚性好、静挠度小、适合于快速启动等特点,在减振降噪方面具有应用优势。以上汽厂某50 MW级汽轮机的整锻转子为分析对象,提出了2套空心焊接转子设计方案并进行了动力学对比分析,确定优选方案后,采用商业软件ABAQUS对该方案所述转子在120%超速工况和稳态工况下的强度进行了校核,结果显示空心焊接转子和焊缝的强度均满足设计要求。按该方案加工出了空心焊接转子,其动平衡试验的结果显示该转子前后轴承的振速远低于出厂要求值。所提出的空心焊接转子结构可以使转子由柔性转子变为刚性转子,保证其满足结构强度要求,同时实现减振降噪。研究成果可以为后续更高功率的汽轮机焊接转子减振降噪设计提供参考。At present,the traditional integral forged rotor cannot fully meet the vibration reduction requirements of industrial drive and power generation turbines,while welded rotor has advantages in vibration and noise reduction because of its compact structure,small mass,good rigidity,small static deflection,and it is also suitable for fast start-up.Taking the integral forged rotor of a 50 MW steam turbine made by Shanghai Turbine Works as the analysis objective,two sets of hollow welded rotor design schemes were proposed,and dynamic comparison analysis was carried out to determine the optimal scheme.Using commercial software ABAQUS,the strength of the rotor in the scheme under 120% overspeed condition and steady condition was checked,and the results showed that the strength of the hollow welded rotor and the welding line both met the design requirements.According to the scheme,the hollow welded rotor was machined,and its dynamic balance test showed that the vibration velocities of the front and rear bearings were much lower than the factory requirement value.The proposed hollow welded rotor scheme can change the rotor from flexible structure to rigid structure,and ensure the structural strength performance at the same time so as to realize reduction of vibration and noise.The research results can provide reference for the subsequent design of vibration and noise reduction of turbine unit with higher power class using welded rotor.
