摘 要:汽轮机铸钢件精加工过程中若产生缺陷,且不具备同种钢补焊条件,则通常采用镍基焊材进行氩弧焊或焊条电弧焊修复,但这2种焊接方法熔敷效率较低。参照ASME Ⅸ标准,采用12Cr2Mo1R试板进行了ERNiCr-3实心焊丝熔化极气体保护焊焊接工艺试验,焊接过程中严格控制预热温度、层间温度及焊接热输入。试板焊后渗透和射线检验合格,性能试验表明焊接接头力学性能满足要求。项目应用结果显示,采用该焊接工艺,焊缝质量良好,焊接变形小,焊接效率得到了提高。研究结果可以为铸钢件补焊工艺的开发提供参考。In the fine machining process of steam turbine steel casting,if defects are formed,and the situation of repairing doesn't meet the requirement of welding with the same type of material,the nickel-based welding materials are usually selected for repairing by process of gas tungsten arc welding or shielded metal arc welding.However,the two welding methods are of low deposition efficiency.Referring to ASME Ⅸ,gas metal arc welding process test of ERNiCr-3 solid welding wire for 12Cr2Mo1R was carried out,and the preheat temperature,interpass temperature and welding heat input were controlled strictly during the welding process.Afterwards,penetration and radiographic performances of the welding plate were qualified,and the mechanical properties of the joint were verified by performance test.The project application result showed that with this welding process being used,the welding line was of good quality,the welding deformation was small,and the welding efficiency was increased.The research result can provide reference for process development of repair welding of steel casting.
