摘  要:某煤矿矿井主扇风机叶片出现了罕见的快速腐蚀现象,风机的安全运行受到严重影响。对叶片腐蚀特征和金相结构进行了观察,从环境因素、叶片材质、运行工况特征等多维度进行了分析,认为常规Al-Cu合金锻铝叶片在高湿度和高酸性环境下极易发生腐蚀。基于此,考察了2种叶片新材料的性能和成分,采用新材料改进了叶片的材质,实际应用效果良好,叶片表面腐蚀的问题得到了解决。研究结果可以为后续叶片在高湿高酸环境下的选型提供参考。A rapid corrosion occurred in the blades of the main fan of a coal mine,which rarely happened but meanwhile seriously affected the operation safety of the fan.The corrosion characteristics and metallographic structure of the blades were observed,and analysis was carried out from aspects of environment factors,blade material and operating conditions.It was concluded that the corrosion was easy to occur in conventional Al-Cu alloy forged blades in the environment with high humidity and high acid.Based on the analysis above,the performance and components of two kinds of new blade materials were investigated.The new materials were used to improve the blades,indicating good application effect,so the corrosion problem occurred on blade surface was solved.The research results can provide reference for blade type selection considering the operation environment with high humidity and high acid.
