摘 要:针对填埋到湖底的脱硫灰含水量较高,脱水干燥后再利用可行性差的问题,本文直接利用填埋半干法脱硫灰膏体制备全固废流态填筑料。研究“半干法脱硫灰-钢渣微粉-粉煤灰”全固废胶凝材料,考察原料配比对抗压强度的影响,通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM等分析手段研究胶凝机制,考察流态填筑料强度的影响因素。结果表明:原料最佳配比为脱硫灰∶粉煤灰∶钢渣微粉=40∶20∶40,28 d抗压强度可以达到13.37 MPa;复合胶凝材料水化产物除常规的水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶和钙矾石外,还存在少量的C_(3)A-CaSO_(3)-11H_(2)O,其由脱硫灰中的CaSO_(3)·0.5H_(2)O和体系中的水化铝酸钙(C-A-H)反应生成;当固化剂掺量为8%~20%时,所制备的流态填筑料28 d抗压强度为1.18~2.47 MPa;三乙醇胺可以增加流态填筑料各龄期的抗压强度,最佳用量为固化剂质量的0.04%。In view of the high water content of desulfurized ash buried at the bottom of the lake and the poor feasibility of reuse after dehydration and drying.In this study,the natural properties of semi-dry desulphurized ash paste were directly used to prepare full-solid waste fluid filling material.The“semi-dry desulfurization ash,steel slag powder and fly ash”full-solid waste cementification material was studied.The effect of raw material ratio on compressive strength was investigated.The gelling mechanism was studied by means of XRD,FT-IR,SEM and other analysis methods,and the influencing factors on the strength of fluid filling material were investigated.The results show that,the optimal ratio of raw materials is desulfurization ash:fly ash:steel slag powder=40∶20∶40,and the compressive strength of 28 d can reach 13.37 MPa.In addition to the conventional C-S-H gel and ettringite,there is also a small amount of hexagonal-shaped crystal C_(3)A-CaSO_(3)-11H_(2)O,which are generated by the reaction of CaSO_(3)·0.5H_(2)O in desulfurization ash and C-A-H in the system.When the ratio of curing agent is in the range of 8%~20%,the 28 d compressive strength of the prepared fluid fill is 1.18~2.47 MPa.Triethanolamine can improve the compressive strength of the fluid filling at different ages.The best results can be obtained when the dosage is 0.04% of the curing agent mass.When the dosage of curing agent is 8%,the main index of the prepared fluid filling material meets the standard requirements and the feasibility is good.
