摘　　要：智慧博物馆是当前博物馆发展的主要趋势之一,通过运用数字化、网络化的手段,对博物馆的运维管理、公共服务、展览体验等方面进行全面提升。以中国科学家博物馆为例,分析了博物馆运维服务系统人员管理、票务管理、停车管理和室内定位导航功能的设计与实现过程。通过应用该系统,中国科学家博物馆实现了对馆内进出人员和车辆的精细化管理,提高了观众和访客游览体验,创新和拓展了博物馆服务模式,为现代化博物馆的智慧化改造提供了行业参考。Intelligent museum is one of the main trends in the current development of museums.By using digital and networked means,the operation and maintenance management,public services,exhibition experience,and other aspects of museums are comprehensively improved.Taking the Chinese Scientists Museum as an example,the design and implementation process of the operation and maintenance service system in personnel management,ticketing management,parking management,and indoor positioning navigation are analyzed.By applying this system,the Chinese Scientists Museum has achieved delicacy management of people and vehicles entering and leaving the museum,improved the experience of visitors,innovated and expanded museum service models,and provided industry reference for the intelligent transformation of modern museums.
