摘　　要：目的:利用“互联网+”将慢病的管理和服务延伸至线上,为患者提供优质的眼科专科医疗服务。方法:依托医院现有的国家重点专科眼科特色医疗资源,结合已有的信息化建设与安全体系基础,搭建以院内HIS为核心,基于移动“互联网+”的互联网医院慢病综合诊疗平台,融入眼科专科慢病防治的管理理念和诊疗方法,实现眼科专科慢病的综合诊疗服务,将传统的线下眼科专科慢病服务有效扩展到线上。结果:通过将眼科专科慢病防治的管理理念与平台应用相结合,为患者提供了便捷的眼科专科慢病连续性健康管理服务,不仅提高了医疗服务效率,也提升了患者满意度。结论:平台的成功应用,使医院建立了一个线上线下有机融合的“互联网+”眼科慢病医疗服务体系,不仅提升了群众的眼健康水平,也促进了医院的高质量发展。Objective To extend the management and service of chronic diseases to online by utilizing"Internet+",so as to provide patients with high-quality ophthalmic specialized medical services.Methods Relying on the hospital's existing national key specialty ophthalmology characteristic medical resources and the existing IT application and security system foundation,a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment platform for chronic diseases in Internet hospital based on mobile"Internet+"with the hospital's HIS at its core was established,which was integrated with the management concepts and diagnosis and treatment methods of chronic disease prevention and treatment in the ophthalmic specialty to realize comprehensive diagnosis and treatment services of ophthalmology chronic diseases,and to effectively extend the traditional ophthalmology chronic disease services from offline to online.Results By integrating the management concept of chronic disease prevention and treatment in ophthalmic specialty with the application of the platform,patients were provided with convenient and consistent health management services for chronic diseases in ophthalmic specialty,which not only improved the efficiency of medical services,but also enhanced patient satisfaction.Conclusion The successful application of the platform has enabled the hospital to establish an on-line and off-line integrated Internet+ophthalmology chronic disease medical service system,which can not only improve the eye health of the public,but can also promote the high-quality development of the hospital.
