摘　　要：目的:利用信息化技术手段建设专业技术岗位聘任工作系统,提升专业技术岗位和人员管理能力,提高人力资源管理水平。方法:分析传统专业技术岗位聘任工作存在的问题,将岗位聘任工作流程嵌入信息系统,构建全流程专业技术岗位聘任工作系统,并阐述其建设和应用情况。结果:基于实际业务流程和场景进行功能设计和构建,具有规范流程、明确权责、提高效率和数据分析能力等优势和特点。结论:实现了专业技术岗位聘任工作信息化、便捷化,节省了大量的人力和时间成本,有效提高了管理能力和水平。Objective To build an professional and technical post employment and appointment system by applying IT technology,so as to improve the ability of managing professional and technical posts and personnel,and improve the level of human resource management.Methods Problems existing in the traditional professional and technical post employment and appointment were analyzed,the work flow was embedded into the information system,the whole-process system of professional and technical post employment and appointment was built,and its construction and application were elaborated.Results The system was designed and constructed based on actual business processes and scenarios,and had the advantages and characteristics of standardizing processes,clarifying rights and responsibilities,improving efficiency and data analysis ability.Conclusion The system can enable IT application and convenience of the work,save a lot of manpower and time costs,and effectively improve the management ability and level.
