摘　　要：目的:研究妇幼学科电子病历特征词,并以此为关键节点构建妇幼学科知识库。方法:以两个不同城市妇幼保健院电子病历为基础,进行特征词分析、提取与聚合,分析妇幼电子病历常用词与使用频次高的词汇。结果:基于电子病历特征词构建通用妇幼学科知识库及乳腺癌单病种知识库,并投入使用。结论:基于特征词的专科知识库更加精准、高效,方便妇幼群体健康管理、疾病查询与临床辅助诊断,具有重要的使用价值与社会价值。Objective To construct the knowledge base of maternal and child discipline by studying the feature words of electronic medical record(EMR)of maternal and child discipline.Methods Based on the EMRs of 2 different urban maternal and child health hospitals,the characteristic words were analyzed,extracted and aggregated,and the common words and frequently used words in EMR were analyzed.Results The general knowledge base of maternal and child discipline and the single disease knowledge base of breast cancer were constructed and put into use.Conclusion The special knowledge base based on the feature words is more accurate and efficient,which is convenient for maternal and child health management,disease inquiry and clinical assistant diagnosis,and has important application and social value.
