摘 要:为提高碘稳频激光器稳频方法的可靠性,并研究一次微分在稳频激光中的应用效果。采用仿真的形式对碘稳频激光器输出信号进行模拟,通过分析各类微分信号的控制特性,研究可以参与控制的微分信号。通过公式推导出一次微分信号存在偏移情况。通过仿真对一次微分信号与三次微分信号的稳频特性进行对比评价。结果表明,一次微分信号远大于三次微分信号,但一次微分信号存在偏移,提出一种利用一次微分信号进行稳频控制的方法,克服背景信号多普勒效应引入的频率偏移;仿真计算表明,相比三次微分稳频方法,该文方法的控制范围更大、稳频精度更高。说明采用一次微分信号控制的稳频系统可以有效改善稳频特性。并可以尝试使用单片机对稳频系统进行数字化改进。In order to improve the reliability of the frequency stabilization method of iodine frequency stabilized laser,the application effect of primary differential in frequency stabilized laser is studied.The output signal of iodine frequency stabilized laser is simulated in the form of simulation.By analyzing the control characteristics of all kinds of differential signals,the differential signals which can participate in the control are studied.The deviation of the primary differential signal is deduced by the formula.The frequency stabilization characteristics of primary differential signal and cubic differential signal are compared and evaluated by simulation.The results show that the primary differential signal is much larger than the cubic differential signal,but the primary differential signal has offset.A frequency stabilization control method using the primary differential signal is proposed,which overcomes the frequency offset caused by the Doppler effect of the background signal.Simulation results show that,compared with the cubic differential frequency stabilization method,the control range of this method is larger and the frequency stabilization accuracy is higher.It shows that the frequency stabilization system controlled by primary differential signal can effectively improve the frequency stabilization characteristics and efforts can be made to use single-chip microcomputer to improve the frequency stabilization system digitally.
