摘 要:通过设计再生混凝土粉保温砂浆的正交试验,探究各组成物料的最优组合。试验中选取再生混凝土粉、玻化微珠、乳胶粉、聚丙烯纤维、羟丙基甲基纤维素5个因素,每种因素下设计4个水平。按照因素水平表生产再生混凝土粉保温砂浆,并制作标准试块。在养护结束后取出试块,使用全自动烘干箱、电子万能试验机分别进行表观密度试验和抗压强度试验。试验数据表明,在A3B2C3D1E4组合下,再生混凝土粉保温砂浆的表观密度最小,保温隔热性能最好;在A1B2C1D3E3组合下,再生混凝土粉保温砂浆的抗压强度最大。在工程实践中,可根据施工需要灵活确定因素水平组合,从而满足施工要求、提高工程质量。By designing orthogonal experiments of recycled concrete powder insulation mortar,the optimal combination of each component material is explored.Five factors were selected in the experiment,including recycled concrete powder,vitrified microspheres,latex powder,polypropylene fiber,and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.Four levels were designed for each factor.The recycled concrete powder thermal insulation mortar is produced according to the factor level table,and the standard test block is made.After curing,the test piece was taken out,and the apparent density test and compressive strength test were carried out by using automatic drying oven and electronic universal testing machine,respectively.The test data show that under the combination of A3B2C3D1E4,the apparent density of recycled concrete powder thermal insulation mortar is the lowest,and the thermal insulation performance of recycled concrete powder is the best;through the combination of A1B2C1D3E3,the compressive strength of recycled concrete powder thermal insulation mortar is the highest.In engineering practice,the horizontal combination of factors can be flexibly determined according to the needs of construction,so as to meet the construction requirements and improve the quality of the project.
