摘 要:当前3D摊铺技术由于其高精度、无人化和高效率等优势,在道路铺装得到广泛应用。然而,目前3D摊铺技术在桥面铺装的案例较少,在重庆这多山区地区的应用更少,限制3D摊铺技术在桥面沥青路面的发展。该文首先介绍3D摊铺技术的原理及核心技术,其次通过3D摊铺技术与传统摊铺在重庆在建五布河特大桥的应用对比,对2种摊铺方式的摊铺质量进行多尺度分析。结果表明,应用3D摊铺技术的路面均符合规范要求,其平整度、纵断高程差、横坡度和摊铺厚度又均优于传统摊铺路面,3D摊铺技术在重庆地区桥面沥青面层铺装具有良好的适用性。At present,3D paving technology has been widely used in road paving because of its advantages such as high precision,unmanned and high efficiency.At present,however,there are few cases of 3D paving technology in bridge pavement,and even less application in the mountainous area of Chongqing,thus limiting the development of 3D paving technology in bridge asphalt pavement.This paper first introduces the principle and core technologies of 3D paving technology,and then makes a multi-scale analysis of the paving quality of the two paving methods by comparing the application of 3D paving technology and traditional paving in the Wubu River Bridge under construction in Chongqing.The results show that the pavement with 3D paving technology meets the requirements of the specification,and its smoothness,vertical elevation difference,transverse slope and paving thickness are better than those of traditional paving pavement.3D paving technology has satisfying applicability in bridge deck asphalt pavement in Chongqing.
