一种宽带单脊波导缝隙天线的设计与仿真

摘  要:基于一维相扫的宽带宽扫描角相控阵天线的需求,设计一种工作于Ku波段的单脊波导宽边纵缝天线,使用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS进行结构优化,得到天线具体参数。为增大带宽将缝隙划分为多个子阵,采用多层相同尺寸的脊波导垂直互联,并用E-T波导功分器为每个子阵分区馈电,从而实现特定能量比的馈入。该文设计的单脊波导宽边尺寸是同频段标准矩形波导宽边尺寸的73%,通过电磁仿真验证设计方法的可行性,天线在14.6~16.4 GHz频率范围内达到1.8 GHz的带宽,相对带宽为11.6%,VSWR<1.7,副瓣电平小于-20 dB,增益大于15 dB。A single ridge waveguide wide edge longitudinal slot antenna operating in the Ku band was designed based on the requirements of a one-dimensional phase scanning broadband wide-angle phased array antenna.The structure was optimized using the three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software HFSS to obtain the specific parameters of the antenna.In order to increase bandwidth,the gaps are divided into multiple sub arrays,and multi-layer ridge waveguides of the same size are vertically interconnected.E-T waveguide power dividers are used to feed each sub array partition,thereby achieving specific energy ratio feeding.The wide edge size of the single ridge waveguide designed in this article is 73%of the standard rectangular waveguide wide edge size in the same frequency band.The feasibility of the design method was verified through electromagnetic simulation.The antenna achieves the bandwidth of 1.8 GHz in the 14.6~16.4 GHz frequency range,the relative bandwidth is 11.6%,the sidelobe level is less than-20 dB,and the gain is greater than 15 dB.
