摘 要:随着高比例新能源接入电网后,引起电网谐波超标、电压偏差、潮流倒送等问题,为了保证电网稳定性,需要科学评估电网新能源承载力,通过承载力评估结果指导新能源有序并网。为此,该文在DL/T 2041—2019《分布式电源接入电网承载力评估导则》基础上增加谐波电流、谐波电压、电压波动及闪变等评估指标。同时,考虑工程易用性,该文将评估7个指标转换为最简化的计算公式,不需要过多依赖电网拓扑情况下,可快速评估待评估线路新能源接入承载力。最后,基于该文提供的算法开发实现程序,有效支撑工程中电网承载力快速评估。With the high proportion of new energy connected to the power grid,it causes problems such as excessive harmonics,voltage deviation,and flow reversal.In order to ensure the stability of the power grid,it is necessary to scientifically evaluate the new energy carrying capacity of the power grid,and guide the orderly integration of new energy through the results of the carrying capacity assessment.Therefore,this paper adds evaluation indicators such as harmonic current,harmonic voltage,voltage fluctuation,and flicker on the basis of the DL/T 2041—2019 Guidelines for Evaluating the Carrying Capacity of bistatic Power Sources Connected to the Power Grid.At the same time,considering the ease of use of the project,this paper will convert the evaluation of 7 indicators into the simplest calculation formula.Without relying too much on the power grid topology,it can quickly evaluate the carrying capacity of new energy integration in the evaluation line.Finally,an implementation program was developed based on the algorithm provided in this paper,so as to effectively support the rapid assessment of power grid carrying capacity in engineering.
