摘 要:目的研究晶粒细化剂Al-5Ti-1B在1235铝合金不同熔体温度下的微观组织变化规律。方法在线添加Al-5Ti-1B,采用电解铝液直接生产尺寸规格为1050 mm×7.0 mm的1235铝合金铸轧板坯。采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)和电子万能拉伸试验机等试验手段,在晶粒细化剂Al-5Ti-1B细化温度不同条件下,对1235铝合金铸轧板坯进行显微组织表征及力学性能测试,探究晶粒细化剂Al-5Ti-1B细化温度和1235铝合金铸轧板坯组织性能的内在联系。结果在其他铸轧工艺参数相同的条件下,随着晶粒细化剂Al-5Ti-1B细化温度的升高,铸轧板平均晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,抗拉强度和断后伸长率均呈先增大后减小的变化趋势。当细化温度为730℃和750℃时,铸轧板晶粒细小均匀、尺寸差别不明显,力学性能良好且趋于稳定,其表层宽度方向上平均晶粒尺寸分别为27μm和24μm,中心层宽度方向上平均晶粒尺寸分别为51μm和47μm,其纵向抗拉强度分别为110.6 MPa和110.8 MPa,横向抗拉强度分别为107.3 MPa和107.5 MPa,纵向断后伸长率分别为37.8%和38.9%,横向断后伸长率分别为35.4%和36.7%。当细化温度为760℃时,铸轧板中开始出现Fe、Si、Al、O、Ti等元素的偏析聚集现象。结论当细化温度为730~750℃时,铸轧板组织性能实现了较佳匹配。The work aims to study the microstructure evolution of grain refiner Al-5Ti-1B in 1235 aluminum alloy melts at different temperatures.Al-5Ti-1B wire was added online and the 1235 aluminium alloy cast-rolled plates with the size of 1050 mm×7.0 mm were produced with electrolytic aluminum liquid on the normal production line.The microstructure and mechanical properties of 1235 aluminum alloy cast-rolled plate with grain refiner Al-5Ti-1B at different refinement temperatures were characterized and tested by means of metallographic microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and electronic universal tensile testing machine,and the intrinsic relationship between the refinement temperature of Al-5Ti-1B grain refiner and the microstructure and properties of 1235 aluminum alloy cast-rolled plate was explored.Under the same other process parameters,with the increase of the refinement temperature of grain refiner Al-5Ti-1B,the average grain size of 1235 aluminum alloy cast-rolled plate firstly decreased and then increased,and the tensile strength and elongation after fracture showed an increasing trend and then a decreasing trend.When the refinement temperature was 730℃and 750℃,the grain size of the alloy cast-rolled plate was fine and uniform,the size difference was reduced,the mechanical properties were good and stable,the average grain size in the surface width direction was about 27μm and 24μm,the average grain size in the width direction of the central layer was about 51μm and 47μm,and the average longitudinal tensile strength was 110.6 MPa and 110.8 MPa,the average transverse tensile strength was 107.3 MPa and 107.5 MPa,the average longitudinal elongation after fracture was 37.8%and 38.9%,and the average transverse elongation after fracture was 35.4%and 36.7%,respectively.When the refinement temperature was 760℃,segregation and aggregation of elements such as Fe,Si,Al,O,Ti began to appear in the cast-rolled plate.When the refinement temperature is between 730-750℃,t
