摘 要:目的:为进一步推动甘蔗机械化收获技术的快速发展,对甘蔗茎秆开展种植密度、含水率、扭转、弹性模量、压缩载荷、蔗皮拉伸等物理特性参数测定。方法:以‘桂糖46’宿根蔗为研究对象,通过直接测量法确定甘蔗的直径、高度和种植密度等参数,同时利用力学试验机对甘蔗茎节的扭转、轴/茎向压缩、蔗皮进行试验研究和分析。结果:甘蔗茎秆的有效高度为2859 mm,种植密度为8.5株/m,根部的平均直径为30.55 mm,茎秆和茎节部分的含水量分别为69.86%和69.23%。甘蔗茎秆根部、中部和尾部的弹性模量分别为2654.47、2166.69、1588.92 N/mm^(2),甘蔗茎秆从根部到顶端所受的最大扭矩分别约为18~22、12~15、7~11 N·m,甘蔗茎节和茎秆的平均最大荷载约为7.759、6.459 kN,平均抗压强度约为11.986、8.262 MPa。结论:该试验结果可为甘蔗茎秆的建模和机械化收获切割技术的发展提供理论支持。Objective:To further promote the rapid development of sugarcane mechanized harvesting technology,this paper carried out the determination of physical property parameters such as planting density,moisture content,torsion,modulus of elasticity,compression load,and cane skin stretching on sugarcane stalks.Methods:Parameters such as diameter,height,and planting density of sugarcane were determined by direct measurement method using Gui Sugar 46 lodging cane.In contrast,a mechanical testing machine experimentally investigated and analyzed the torsion,and axial/stepwise compression of sugarcane nodes,and cane bark.Results:The effective height of sugarcane stalks was 2859 mm,planting density was 8.5 plants/m,the average diameter of roots was 30.55 mm,and the water content of stalk and node portions was 69.86%and 69.23%,respectively.The modulus of elasticity of the root,middle,and tail parts of the stalks was 2654.47,2166.69,1588.92 N/mm^(2) respectively,the maximum torque applied to the stalks from the root to the tip of the stalks was about 18~22,12~15,7~11 N·m respectively,and the average maximum loads on the stalk nodes and stalks were about 7.759 kN and 6.459 kN.The average compressive strength of the stalk modes and stalks and was about 11.986,8.262 MPa.Conclusion:The results of this experiment could provide theoretical support for the modeling of sugarcane stalks and the development of mechanized harvesting and cutting technology.
