摘　　要：新质生产力是新科技革命背景下生产力现代化历史演进的最新表现。以人工智能为代表的新一轮科技革命使数字经济发展进入新阶段,形成了全新的生产力“质态”。从战略逻辑来看,在新科技革命背景下,作为落实新时代中国经济发展中质量效益战略的客观需要,必须以新质生产力推动高质量发展、推动经济发展新动能的转换、推动新型工业化。从实践逻辑来看,形成新质生产力就是要使新科技融入新产业,即以加强国家战略科技力量布局为核心引领,以发展战略性新兴产业和新产业集群为主阵地,以前瞻性布局和培育未来产业为突破点,以提升和改造传统产业为重要支撑,在新发展阶段培育起中国经济发展的新优势。New quality productivity is the latest manifestation of the historical evolution of the modernization of productivity in the context of the new scientific and technological revolution.The new round of scientific and technological revolution represented by artificial intelligence has brought the development of the digital economy into a new stage and formed a new“qualitative state”of productivity.From the perspective of strategic logic,in the context of the new scientific and technological revolution,as an objective need to implement the quality and efficiency strategy of China s economic development in the new era,it is necessary to promote high-quality development,the transformation of new drivers of economic development and the new industrialization with new quality productivity.From the point of view of practical logic,the formation of new quality productivity is to integrate new science and technology into new industries,that is,to strengthen the layout of national strategic scientific and technological forces as the core guidance,to develop strategic emerging industries and new industrial clusters as the main position,to take forward-looking layout and cultivation of future industries as the breakthrough point,to upgrade and transform traditional industries as an important support,and to cultivate new advantages in China s economic development in the new stage of development.
