摘  要:对某乙烯装置裂解气压缩机GB-201存在的操作难度大、压缩机效率低、能耗高等问题进行分析发现,机组存在服役时间长、机体内密封不严和油环老化、内部窜气、三段出口超压等设备隐患,为此,采用抽汽量大的高效透平驱动机及高效三元叶轮压缩机,对压缩机组及附属设备进行整体更新。改造后,在相同工况下,压缩机效率明显提高,有效改善了装置的能耗,为乙烯装置裂解气压缩机解决此类问题提供了宝贵的经验。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cracking gas compressor GB-201 of an ethylene plant covering the operation difficulty,low compressor efficiency and high energy consumption.It is found through the analysis that there are hidden equipment dangers in the unit including long service time,poor sealing performance and aging of the oil ring in the compressor body,internal gas blowby and three section outlet overpressure and so forth.Therefore,the compressor unit and its auxiliary equipment were updated as a whole by adopting a high-efficiency turbine driver with high pumping capacity and a high-efficiency ternary impeller compressor.After the revamp,the compressor efficiency was improved significantly under the same working condition,and the energy consumption of the device was improved effectively.This provides valuable experience in solving such problems for cracked gas compressors in ethylene plants.
