加强建设期设备管理筑牢大型石化项目设备可靠性

摘　　要：石油化工设备通常在高温、高压工况下运行,且其介质大多具有易燃易爆、有毒有害以及腐蚀性等特性,运行过程中极易发生设备故障或事故,可能造成严重危害。虽然通过加强运行期的设备管理可以在一定程度上降低故障率,但是并不能保证设备本质安全。文章从建设期设备的设计选型、采购、制造、安装等环节入手,阐述了加强设备管理的必要性和重要性,并提出了具体措施,可为提升设备可靠性、减少设备故障发生提供参考与借鉴。Equipment in the petrochemical industry is usually operated under high temperature and high pressure conditions,and most of its media are flammable,explosive,toxic and corrosive,etc.,and it is prone to malfunctions or accidents during operation,which may result in serious hazards.Although the failure rate can be reduced to a certain extent by strengthening the equipment management during operation,it cannot guarantee the intrinsic safety of the equipment.Starting from the design selection,procurement,manufacture and installation of equipment during the construction period,this paper elaborates on the necessity and importance of strengthening equipment management and proposes specific measures.This can provide reference for improving equipment reliability and reducing the occurrence of equipment failures.
