摘  要:本文以某型无人机进气道为实例,对其一体化低成本制造工艺进行了研究。通过对比现有不同进气道模具方案的优缺点确定采用低熔点合金芯模方案;设计制造了两种芯模铸造模具完成满足要求的进气道芯模生产;分别采用湿法+烘箱、预浸料+热压罐两种成型工艺制作了进气道样品,经验证均满足使用要求。采用本文的成型工艺制造的进气道在满足使用要求前提下可提高生产效率、降低成本,满足批量化生产要求。该种生产工艺也可用于其他类似结构复合材料制件的生产制造。In this paper,the integrated low-cost manufacturing technology of a certain type of UAV inlet is studied.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing fusible alloy mold schemes,the core mold scheme was adopted,and two core mold casting molds were designed to fulfill the requirements of the inlet core mold,the inlet port samples were made by wet process+oven,prepreg+autoclave,and all of them met the requirements.The inlet manufactured by the molding process in this paper can improve the production efficiency,reduce the cost and meet the requirements of mass production under the premise of meeting the requirements of use.The production process can also be used for the production and manufacture of other composite parts with similar structures.
