摘 要:本文对大比例芯-板比的混合夹芯复合材料阴模成型工艺进行了研究,以解决该产品R角内部缺陷、泡沫芯材塌陷的产品质量问题,将该产品的R角结构进行了切割打磨,使用光学显微镜观察并分析了阴R角中典型的缺陷结构。开展了预浸料对比试验、R角辅助压实工装对比试验、蜂窝稳定化试验来分析缺陷产生的原理,探索消除R角内部缺陷的方法。此外,还研究了泡沫芯材在常用的复合材料成型工艺参数下的压缩变形情况,探索出了对泡沫进行密封保存以及增加保护盖板厚度的方法来解决其塌陷变形的问题。通过以上研究形成了大比例芯-板比的混合夹芯复合材料阴模成型的优化工艺方法,解决了该产品R角内部缺陷和泡沫塌陷的问题。In order to solve the product quality problems of R-angle internal defect and foam core material concavity,this paper studies the manufacturing process with female mold of mixed sandwich composite material with large core to laminate ratio.This paper observed and analyzed the typical structures of R-angle defect which in the cutted and polished R-angle area using an optical microscope.Afterwards,this paper conducted comparative experiments on prepreg,on R-angle assisted compaction mold,and honeycomb stabilization experiments to analyze the principles of defect generation and explore methods for eliminating internal defects in R-angle.In addition,this paper also studied the compression deformation of foam core material under the commonly used composite molding pressure,and explored the method of vacuum bagging the foam core and increasing the thickness of the protective shell to solve the problem of its concave deformation.Through the above research,this paper has formed an optimized process for manufacturing mixed sandwich composite materials with large core to laminate ratio using the female mold,and eliminated the internal defects of the R-angle,solved the problem of the concave deformation of foam core.
