摘 要:为辨明新疆某地氧化铜矿矿物学特征,利用XRF、国标滴定、扫描电镜分析和能谱分析等测试技术手段分析了该矿石的化学组成、矿物组成和嵌布特征等,详细研究了铜元素的赋存状态。结果表明,原矿铜含量为0.92%,SiO2+Al2O3含量较高,属于酸性脉石矿物为主的氧化铜矿,同时矿石中的铜主要以铜的次生蚀变矿物产出,少量以黄铜矿产出,铜的次生矿物主要为氯铜矿、硅孔雀石,其次为孔雀石、赤铜矿、蓝铜矿等,铜的矿物彼此间关系密切,因此该矿石为一种高氧化率的难处理氧化铜矿石。为选择经济合理的选冶工艺流程,进行了重选、浮选、酸浸工艺探讨。结果表明,酸浸工艺是处理以铜的次生蚀变矿物产出为主的铜矿石的有效方法,铜浸出率可达85.63%。In order to identify the mineralogical characteristics of an oxidized copper ore in Xinjiang,the chemical composition,mineral composition and distribution characteristics of the ore were analyzed by XRF,national standard titration,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,and the occurence state of copper element was studied in detail.The results show that the copper content of the original ore is 0.92%,the content of SiO,+Al,O,is high,and it belongs to the oxidized copper ore dominated by acid gangue minerals.At the same time,the copper in the ore is mainly produced as the secondary alteration minerals of copper,and a small amount is produced as chalcopyrite.The secondary minerals of copper are mainly chlorite,silico-malachite,followed by malachite,chalcopite and azurite.Copper minerals are closely related to each other.As a result,the ore is a refractory copper oxide ore with high oxidation rate.In order to select the economical and reasonable processing flowsheet,the processes of gravity separation,flotation and acid leaching were discussed.The results show that the acid leaching process is an effective method to treat the copper ore containing mainly secondary alteration minerals of copper,and the copper leaching rate can reach 85.63%.
