摘　　要：经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)是鹿角形肾结石的一线微创治疗方式,具有较高的手术效率和一期净石率。但因鹿角形结石复杂以及手术难度大,往往造成术后出血、感染、肾功能损伤等严重并发症。针状肾镜辅助内镜手术(NAES)是基于针状肾镜(Needle-perc)的创新术式,其中标准通道PCNL联合Needle-perc模式(S+N模式)既提高了碎石效率和净石率,又减少了通道数量,从而能有效保护肾功能,并降低出血等并发症发生率。本文报道1例完全鹿角形肾结石患者,采用NAES一期完全清除结石,术后无并发症并快速康复出院。Percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)has always been the first-line minimally invasive treatment for staghorn kidney stones,with high surgical efficiency and first-stage stone free rate.However,due to the complexity of stones and the difficulty of surgery,serious complications such as postoperative bleeding,infection,and renal function damage often occur.Needle-perc assisted endoscopic surgery(NAES)surgery,also known as needle-perc assisted endoscopic surgery,is an innovative model based on needle-perc proposed by our center.The S+N mode is standard tract PCNL combined with needle-perc,which not only improves the efficiency and stone free rate,but also reduces the number of tracts,effectively protecting renal function and reducing complications.This article reports a case of complete staghorn kidney stones that were completely removed by NAES surgery in one stage,with no complications after surgery and the patient recovering quickly and being discharged from the hospital.
