摘 要:以38个牡丹品种叶片为材料,在高温条件下测定叶片中的SPAD含量、叶片含水量(RWC)、相对电导率、过氧化物酶(POD活性)、过氧化氢酶(CAT活性)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD活性)、可溶性糖含量(SPC)、丙二醛含量(MDA)、脯氨酸含量(PRO)。利用主成分分析、隶属函数的方法对所测得指标进行分析,从而对其进行综合排序,鉴定比较38个牡丹品种的耐热性,以期为研究筛选牡丹的耐热性品种提供依据。结果表明:不同品种在常温下的各项生理指标以及高温胁迫后的变化幅度各不相同,耐热性较强的几个牡丹品种为‘豆绿’、‘冠世墨玉’、‘迎日红、‘金阁’和‘首案红’。通过检测高温胁迫下的叶片的各项生理指标,并利用主成分和隶属函数分析建立牡丹耐热性的综合鉴定和评价体系,适用于耐热性牡丹品种资源的筛选与评价。The leaves of 38 peony varieties were used as materials.SPAD content,leaf water content(RWC),relative conductivity,peroxidase(POD activity),catalase(CAT activity),superoxide dismutase(SOD activity),soluble sugar content(SPC),malondialdehyde content(MDA),proline content(PRO)inleaves were determined under high temperature conditions.The membership function of principal component analysis are used to comprehensively rank the measured indexes,identification and comparison of heat tolerance of 38 peony varieties,in order to provide a basis for studying and screening heat-resistant varieties of peony.The results showed that the physiological indicators of different varieties at room temperature and the range of changes after high temperature stress are different and the varieties with high heat tolerance were'Pea Green','Guanshi Moyu','Yingri Hong','Jin Ge',and'Shouan Hong'.By detecting various physiological indicators of leaves under high temperature stress,and using principal component and membership function analysis,a comprehensive identification and evaluation system for heat tolerance of peony is established,which is suitable for the selection and evaluation of heat tolerance peony variety resources.
