摘　　要：随着移动通信技术的迅速发展,4G网络共享已成为提高网络覆盖和服务质量的重要策略。文中针对中国电信与中国联通之间的4G网络共享,深入探讨了在不同地区实施该策略时所呈现的区域差异性。通过对比一线与新兴城市、经济发达与欠发达地区的实施情况,揭示了经济发展水平、地方政策支持及技术基础设施等因素对网络共享效果的影响。研究结果显示,这些差异不仅影响了网络服务的质量和用户满意度,还对运营商的策略选择和政策制定产生了重要影响。With the rapid development of mobile communication technology,4G network sharing has become an important strategy to improve network coverage and service quality.This paper focuses on the 4G network sharing between China Telecom and China Unicom,and explores in depth the regional differences present when implementing this strategy in different regions.By comparing the implementation status of first tier and emerging cities,as well as economically developed and underdeveloped areas,the impact of factors such as economic development level,local policy support,and technological infrastructure on the effectiveness of network sharing was revealed.The research results show that these differences not only affect the quality of network services and user satisfaction,but also have a significant impact on the strategic choices and policy formulation of operators.
