摘　　要：目的:脑血肿清除术老年患者术前衰弱与术后并发症的相关性。方法:选取2018年1月~2022年12月滨州医学院附属医院行脑血肿清除术的老年患者100例为研究对象,收集患者基本信息、临床检查等资料,评估患者的术前衰弱情况,采用改良衰弱指数(mFI)将患者分为衰弱组(n=32)与非衰弱组(n=68)。对患者术后的并发症、入住ICU率、术后1年死亡率进行记录、比较。对影响术后并发症的相关危险因素,通过单因素、多因素进行分析。结果:术后56例(56.00%)患者存在术后并发症。单因素与多因素分析提示,影响老年脑出血患者术后并发症的危险因素是衰弱。结论:衰弱是脑血肿清除术术后并发症的独立危险因素,围术期做好衰弱患者的干预可能降低脑血肿清除患者术后并发症。Objective To investigate the correlation between preoperative weakness and postoperative complications in elderly patients undergoing brain hematoma evacuation.Method 100 elderly patients were included and underwent brain hematoma removal surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2018 to December 2022.Collect basic information and clinical examination data of patients,evaluate their preoperative frailty,and use the modified frailty index(mFI)to divide patients into frailty group(32 cases)and non frailty group(68 cases).Record and compare the postoperative complications,ICU admission rate,and 1-year mortality rate of patients.Analyze the relevant risk factors that affect postoperative complications through single factor and multi factor analysis.Results 56 patients(56.00%)had postoperative complications.Univariate and multivariate analyses suggest that frailty was a risk factor for postoperative complications in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion Weakness is an independent risk factor for postoperative complications in patients undergoing brain hematoma removal surgery.Proper perioperative intervention for frail patients may reduce postoperative complications in patients undergoing brain hematoma removal surgery.
